Every part your shop stocks lives in one catalog: your own SKU, your own cost, your own sell price, and exactly what it fits, a car, a door lock, or a building’s master key system. Stock is tracked per location, so you always know what’s really on the shelf.
Reorder alerts
Set a reorder threshold and quantity for each part. The moment stock crosses that line, an alert fires and an email goes out, and it stays open until you mark it ordered or dismiss it. Keyway doesn’t place the order for you, but you’ll never find out you’re out of the cylinder, blank or fob you need mid-job again.
Ticket board
A job comes in, you open a ticket with the customer, the vehicle or property, and the job type, and track it through New, Quoted, Booked, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled. Finish the ticket and stock comes off the shelf automatically, with a photo attached if you want proof of the work.
Quoting
Type in the job, a vehicle’s year, make and model, a lock brand for a rekey, or a building’s master key system, and get back one number: your part’s sell price plus your shop’s labour rate for that job, plus tax. No ranges, no guessing on the phone.
